There may be risks associated with participating in activities mentioned on Josef Rakich Fitness for people in poor health or with pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. Because these risks exist, you will not participate in any meal plans available at kolbykemmett.com if you are in poor health or have a pre-existing mental or physical condition. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such dietary activities. As with any exercise program you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of exercise program can cause injuries, and Kolby Kemmett Coaching is no exception. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done with poor form. Although thorough instruction is included on form for each exercise, realise that Kolby Kemmett Coaching (like any other exercise program) does involve a risk of injury. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. These risks may also exist for those who are currently in good health right now.

Kolby Kemmett is not a medical doctor. His advice whether it be on his website, in his meal plans, exercise program’s or via his email coaching, none of it is meant as a substitute for medical advice. You must consult your doctor before beginning ANY meal plan or exercise program, no exceptions. You are using Kolby’s plans, programs, workout’s and coaching at your own risk and Kolby Kemmett Coaching is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience or even death as a result of using Kolby Kemmett Coaching.

GENERALLY EXPECTED RESULTS FROM KOLBY KEMMETT COACHING

Although the products and services at kolbykemmett.com.au are intended to be fully implemented, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you implement the products and services from kolbykemmett.com.au correctly you should see amazing results, however it must be disclaimed that even when consumers implement any products or services in full from kolbykemmett.com.au it is still possible they will not get the results they may have expected and it is also possible they will not lose fat or gain muscle or achieve any positive results of any kind.

TESTIMONIAL DISCLAIMER

All the transformations and testimonials are real. However, it must be disclaimed that these testimonials are not claimed to represent typical results with Kolby Kemmett’s meal plans, workout programs and ab workouts, they are meant as a showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following my personalised meal plans, workout programs and ab workouts. Your results may vary from using Kolby Kemmett Coaching, and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using my services due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication. The end results you get will depend upon the individual and how much effort you put in.

IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION/BILLING

If you purchase any of Kolby Kemmett Coaching’s (KKC) transformation programs, you will be automatically charged in AUD every week, month, quarter or year, depending on your billing frequency. Providing you continue to update your monthly statistics, you will continue to receive monthly updated meal plans and workout programs for the duration of your subscription. Please also note that Kolby Kemmett Coaching online personal training program is like a gym membership: you are paying for the option to utilise a service. Whether you access or use the service is up to you, the individual. Not accessing the service is not grounds for a refund or early cancellation of the program.

CANCELLATIONS & MINIMUM COMMITMENT

To cancel your subscription, send an email to kolby@kolbykemmett.com.au or by using the contact tab and requesting to cancel your subscription. Additionally, all purchases require a minimum commitment of 10 weeks; meaning, that if you request your subscription be cancelled, it will be scheduled to cancel at the end of the minimum 10-week period. When you sign up for the program, the program’s cost is spread out over the initial 10-week period; after the initial 10-week period, you move to an open contract where you can cancel at any time provided 2 weeks notice is given.

ALL-IN COACHING

If you purchase my All-In Coaching Program, regardless of if you participate or choose not to continue, you are legally liable to make payments up to the program’s total cost —all sales are final. Refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used. Failure to pay for the program’s minimum term will result in debt collection agency recovery, including additional fees and legal action.
